Glad Truth or Trash Sweepstakes II (the .Sweepstakes.) is only open to legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories and Possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of March 22, 2008. Employees of The Glad® Products Company (the .Sponsor.), Don Jagoda Associates, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, nor any of their respective partners (collectively, the .Sponsor Affiliates.), or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET March 22, 2008 and ending 11:59:59 PM ET April 18, 2008 (.Sweepstakes Period.) Entrants may enter online only by visiting the Sweepstakes website at www.glad.com/truthortrash and completing the online entry, to be entered into that corresponding weekly drawing only. In order to be entered, entrants must complete a short quiz. The quiz will change weekly and answers to the quiz questions need not be correct in order to receive an entry into that corresponding weekly drawing only. Weekly drawing periods will begin each Saturday at 12:00:00 AM ET during the Sweepstakes Period and end on each following Friday at 11:59:59 PM ET. Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent weekly drawings. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET April 18, 2008, to be eligible for the final weekly drawing. Limit one entry per person/household/email address per week. 3. GRAND PRIZES: {Four (4) Grand Prizes . One (1) prize per week (for 4 weeks)}: A check for $1,000. Total Value of all Grand Prizes is $4,000. 4. RANDOM DRAWINGS:  One winner per week (as defined above) will be selected in weekly random drawings from among all eligible entries received each week. Weekly drawings will be conducted, to determine one winner each week, on or about the following Tuesday after each weekly deadline date (beginning April 1, 2008 through April 22, 2008). The drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received each week.  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION:  The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or mail and will be required to complete, sign and return, a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release. The Potential Grand Prize winners are required to return the document within 7 days from the postmark date on the prize notification letter or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. All winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes that may apply. 6. GENERAL RULES:  Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: The California Courts (State & Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same. Each Sweepstakes entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the county of Alameda, California. 8.
